Which Experts are included in the Network
Plenum is all about trust, so only Experts with extensive skills and experience and recommended through other Network Experts are onboarded.
How does it work between PLENUM and the external consultants.
When a Customer requests a service through the Plenum Network, Plenum establishes contact between the Customer and the relevant Expert(s). Contract, execution of the service and etc. is managed directly between the Customer and Expert. The Expert subsequently pays a small fee to the Plenum Network. The fee is used for administration of the Network.
